Waterfront living in Sydney is considered prime real estate. Three apartments were consolidated into a family home. The apartment was totally reconfigured and refurbished around a central core. The brief was to offer all the luxuries and facilities to further enhance the location.

Built around the 1883 with many alterations over the years was in dilapidated condition. Much needed love and care was given during a major refurbishment. A new kitchen wing was added leading onto a landscaped coutyard and double garage. New bathrooms, master en-suite and attic areas were added.

The existing building was reworked from top to toe opening up spaces, enlarging rooms, making new ones and redesigning the floor plan. On the top floor a new kitchen/dining room, double living area and playroom all open onto a north facing garden courtyard.

Steel, glass and stucco render replaced an existing dwelling on Middle Harbour. A modern, eco friendly home was created for a couple of empty nesters to provide a simplicity of living. Northern sun was captured from all rooms, including the spacious art studio.

Reincarnation of existing structure and newly formed concrete piers to provide a combination of wharf, boat and swimming shed. It was important to achieve total lock down when not in use. The ultimate north facing waterfront escape.

The original house was pulled down to make way for the new. We achieved a see through tree house with beautiful peaceful useable garden at the back with all existing trees remaining and the fantastic northern views to Balmoral Beach at the front from all levels.

The new home was designed on a 10 acre rural site for a large family. It was divided into pavilions - central living, party and games, sleeping and a home office pavilion. Entertaining was a driving force for the planning as well as allowing each member of the family as much private space as possible.

comfortable waterfront residence. With loads of light and totally
open to the water furnishings were made casual and sophisticated.

The original 2 level waterfront apartment was completely guttered. Floating steel stairs provide the spine to the industrial style. The open plan living allowed the opportunity of drinking in the beautiful water views from the front and the edgy urban, tree lined view from the rear terrace.

Substantial alterations and edition to an ugly duckling in a prime waterfront location on the point at Hunters Hill. Interior layouts were completely reworked to suit a growing family. The landscaping was totally reworked, a 25m lap pool was added, underground water tanks & refurbishment of tennis court.
